DC Advisory Partners advised ALTpartners' shareholders on a capital increase subscribed by CM-CIC Capital Finance

Founded in 1997 by Arnaud Courdesses, Arnaud Thiollier and Laurent Windenberger, the ALTpartners group, which owns the Babymoov® and Badabulle® brands, is a specialist in childcare products and innovative early learning games for children from birth up to 3 years old. Headquartered in Clermont-Ferrand, the group, which posted sales of € 27 million in 2010 and employs 70 people, has just completed a capital increase subscribed by
CM-CIC Capital Finance for € 5.2 million.

With this deal, the three managers, co-founders and majority shareholders of the ALTpartners group, intend to bring the company to its next stage of development through a strategy of both organic growth and acquisitions.

The group plans to open three offices in Madrid, Frankfurt and Hong-Kong, and aims a turnover of € 40 million within two years. This development plan is combined with an active recruitment policy and with the expansion of the current logistics platform.
